So i promised more photos soon...well that was 2 months ago wasn't it?

But I haven't posted any, and I don't think I'll be posting anymore.

Sometimes my heart aches for this place, most of the time it's when I'm buried under all the work load I've procrastinated over. It's the only place where my mind is really at rest. Here there is only me and the road which runs over the land. It's only me and the smoggy blue sky. It's only me and the wind that just about knocks me off my feet.

It was refreshing to visit this place again. One day I won't be able to go here anymore and I'll miss it. I'll miss my adventures in the woods, the writings on the pavement. The late night laughter. All of it. 

So even though it's been fun to have spent most of my summer boring a hole my laptop unconciously checking facebook and twitter every 5 seconds, I'm glad I got to go back.

1 hour and 200 photos later. I'm left with these set of photos. I really wish my camera had a auto-focus motor so I wouldn't have to keep fumbling with the manual focus. It gets really hard to focus especially on far distances :( Also, I think my eyesight is slowly deteriorating...I think.

Oh woes me, the life of a penniless wannabe photographer. I pray to the Lord for high grades so I may buy a new camera.

Stay True to Your Roots

I've always been a music junkie. I loved listening to all kinds of music, one day I'd be listening to RnB and the next day would be Rap, the next day I could be listening to classical music and so on and so forth. Right now I'm really into K-Pop, specifically Big Bang(V.I.P. REPRESENT!) ok, don't hate meeee!

But for as long as I can remember, I've always liked this genre people call "Indie" I don't even know what Indie means exactly, Independent is not really something I would use to describe it, maybe Alternative? A toned down version of punk? I dunno really. I said I was a music junkie not a music buff. I don't know all those terms, I listen to music, I don't necessarily research about it, though that would be a fun thing to do in the future. Thinking more about it now, when does a band stop being indie? When they get signed to a big ass label? When they sell-out? Is that what indie is? Non-conforming? If non-conforming is what makes indie, aren't they conforming to the standards anyways?

dun dun dun, the procrastinator returns...for now

I apologize massively for the lack of updates. I've been so busy with hell week; with 2 weeks left in school, I can finally take a breather and just go with the flow...or atleast for this weekend. I still have 2 projects due next week and lots of homework. Thank goodness I only have to final exams.
